“Whisky Aged: Chiang Dao”
This tea was plucked from the Assamica varient of the Camellia sinensis. It was then shipped to Japan to be aged inside of a whisky barrel for around 6 months. This tea has fully absorbed the rich oak of the barrel, along with the all of the other flavors that nature created in this combonation of two sides of the same world.
